WOW It's been a busy few days planning the new monthlies for you.
Why have I done this? Why have I spent so many hours putting together these packages to motivate you? Here's why.....
So often I hear things said like
"Well I want to lose weight, but I think I'll wait until after the kids go back to school"
"I'll start exercising next week. I've got some late shifts this week"
or this really good one,
"I'll start eating fruit in the mornings when I've eaten what's in my fridge now. I wouldn't want to waste it".
Call these excuses or actual solid reasons (and some of them are viable). The point is, you're procrastinating. I say this with kindness (or tough love, however you want to say it). But it's true. I've been there, and it's a horrible place.
Losing weight, getting fit and dropping that dress size is easy. Just eat less and move more. Simple right? Wrong!
It's the voices in your head trying to trick you and tempt you. They want you to stay as you are....comfortable.
However, comfortable will not get you where you want to be. A little discomfort now will mean your clothes are much more comfortable later. So are your thoughts.. No more nagging voices saying
"Well I should start soon blah blah blah......"
So, let's get a little Uncomfortable NOW and Kiss Procrastination Goodbye. If your way hasn't worked so far...do something different.
