Day 1 lunch

Lunch today was:
Homemade Guacamole with red onions and tomatoes, together with
Salad made with iceberg lettuce, spring onions, my mums cucumbers from garden, raw broccoli, sweet red & green peppers, sliced chilli & garlic olives topped with heated kidney beans with garlic & chopped chilli.
Whole salad drizzled with olive oil, lemon juice & cracked black pepper.
and then sprinkled with hot roasted almonds & sunflower seeds
