Day 3 of 10 Day Detox - more Oil added

Morning class at Fitness First was great.  Their new ipod connection now has much better volume control.......ie, it now has volume!  Then went straight off to pick up baby (still desperately need a babysitter for about 1 and half hours on a Monday morning), and drank a fruit tea, then home for a lovely salad covered with loads of roasted nuts and seeds and avocado.
The latest addition to the detox is Udo's Choice oil.  This is a cold pressed oil containing all of the essential Omega 3, 6 & 9's that you need from evening primrose, rice germ, oat germ, coconut, flaxseed, sesame & sunflower seed....but most importantly.  In the correct ratio.  Most Western diets contain high levels of Omega 6, but these oils are often damaged through heavy processing.
It costs about £18-19 for a large bottle, and you can find it in the fridge at any good health food store.  You need a few spoonfuls a day, nut I just pour it into a 30ml measuring cap and drink it (immediately followed by a chunk of pineapple or other fruit......so I don't gag).  Did some research into the guy that 'invented' this oil some years ago, and he knows his stuff.

Noticed in mirror that jelly belly is still prominent, and I am getting very spotty now.  Good, toxins coming out...HOWEVER I know that no way am I drinking enough water which explains the spots and the belly. After the Latin Fit class this morning I was soooo energized, as always, it fires me up for the day and I wasn't so sluggish beforehand either.
Get Outside:  Everyday get outside for a minimum of half hour.  Get your skin exposed to whatever sunlight is available.  Now I don't mean fry, and yes heavy sun exposure can cause the big C, but so can some of the chemicals in the products that we put on our skin (and therefore allow to be absorbed into our bloodstream) to protect us.  Interesting that many of the studies about Skin C are funded by sun tanning product companies or skin care companies.  Anyway, just roll up your sleeves, turn your face upwards instead of down.  Soak in some of that vital Vitamin D.  For anyone who has joint pain, this is mega important.  By the way, these are just my thoughts on this, please do your own research and form your own opinion.
Anyhow, I walked into town for my daily dose and.....it rained!  Ha ha! So I went into a cafe for a late lunch of jacket potato, hummus, olives and salad with a fresh mint tea to follow. 
Definately too spotty for my liking.  More water and power breathing before I go to bed.  I'm doing Inhale for 4, Hold for 16 and exhale for 8.....10 x.  Feel a bit light headed after, which clarifys that I do not normally breathe deep enough......Til next time xx
